Here I have listed some links to information on weaning baby birds. I added this page so you as a new owner, of what ever specific type of bird you decide to pick, hopefully, will understand the weaning process, and why it is such an important time and can’t be rushed. I love each and every one of these winged wonders and them being happy and healthy is my first priority. I will not let them go to a new home until they have been eating completely and fully on their own for at least a week, so I ask that you please be patient :)
